Training & Preparation

Through the use of short video segments and PDF documents, Radical Mentoring will help you with everything from how to form your group, to getting ready for your first session and everything in between.

Topics & Schedule

Radical Mentoring has a suggested 12-month track that has been tested and proven over the course of 10 years. In all, we have 25 topics to choose from which include Launch Night and 2 Retreats. Each topic module assists the mentor with how to prepare, content for each session, suggested book titles, and homework for your mentees.

Radical Mentoring is fully customizable.

• You can go with the set track with suggested books.
• You can create your own topic list specific to your group and change the books up.
